Our company specializes in the production of oxygen-free wire rod through a technologically advanced and sustainable process that ensures the highest quality standards.

Production takes place using a state-of-the-art electric furnace, fully automated and designed to operate with zero environmental impact in terms of emissions. This innovative system, in addition to reducing the ecological impact of the production process, allows for precise and constant control of every operational parameter, ensuring the uniformity and purity of the finished product.

A fundamental element of the process is the exclusive use of high-quality, grade A certified copper cathodes, which represent the ideal raw material for the production of high-performance conductors. Thanks to this combination of technology and selected materials, we are able to produce oxygen-free wire rod with an oxygen content of less than 3 ppm (parts per million). This level of purity gives the product excellent electrical conductivity and greater resistance to oxidation, making it particularly suitable for applications requiring high electrical performance, long-term durability, and drawing to very fine diameters.

Wire rod is available in a standard diameter of 8 mm, allowing us to flexibly meet the needs of various industries and production processes. The product can be supplied in coils weighing an average of 4 tons, with the option to increase this up to 5 tons upon specific customer request.
